Once again, (MBFWMadrid) Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2020 in Madrid, Spain, brought fashion throughout parts of Madrid with fashion presentations, a parade. and fashion shows by 42 leading Spanish creators and brands and 3 emerging international firms. This edition of MBFWMadrid also reaffirmed its commitment to technology with a new website and a new app.
L’Oréal Paris, a main sponsor of MBFWMadrid, celebrated 20 years of collaboration as the official make-up artist and official hairdresser for 40 editions of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week (MBFW) with “L’Oréal Paris-Because you are worth it” parade, which brought together 17 award-winning designers and 20 models, bringing together the designers and winning models of the awards for the Best Collection and Best Model of each edition during 20 years of collaboration.
“From L’Oréal Paris, we are delighted to celebrate these 20 years of collaboration with MBFW. A support in which we have been pioneers in the world for the brand, since Spain has been the first country to be linked to the fashion industry, and then other great alliances have been created on the catwalks of Paris, London or Milan”, says Esther García, director of L’Oréal Paris in Spain.
The parade, with the name of the slogan of the brand that empowers women’s empowerment, was the finishing touch that we all needed during MBFWMadrid paying tribute to women in Spanish fashion. “Because you’re worth it”, which already has almost 50 years, is a cry for self-affirmation of women. The next MBFWMadrid in 2020 will be held from 23 to 28 January and from 23 to 28 June, respectively, opening the calendar of international fashion shows.
