St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, America’s Paradise, is the largest of her two sister islands, St. Thomas and St. John. Providing a laid back lifestyle, St. Croix is the perfect Caribbean Paradise promising you beautiful beaches, great diving, amazing weather, sugar and spice and everything nice…And everything all those travel brochures are made of. If you are lucky enough, having the chance to explore the island and the unique culture is a life changing experience.

Whether I was dining at a street vendor, attending a food fair, or dancing at a music festival in the middle of the Rain Forest, I was treated to ridiculously amazing and creative cuisine that one would only expect to find in a 5-star restaurant.
With the farm-to-table concept slowly taking over parts of the country like wild-fire, this concept is nothing new to St. Croix. Here on the island of St. Croix, every meal and every beverage is created with love, featuring organic ingredients grown or raised on nearby farms.
Whether you’re a vegan, vegetarian, or a meat lover, you are guaranteed a gastronomical journey. The taste, the vibrancy, and the fragrance of the cuisine in St. Croix tells the story of the island and its people. The diversity of St. Croix’s agriculture has not only created a platform for unique and flavorful food, it has raised the status quo on what it means to experience true Caribbean Cuisine.
